Shannon Weathers is the founder and President of HAZ-M.E.R.T., Inc. He has worked in the Safety and Environmental fields for over eighteen years. During that time, he gained an extensive background through private industry work. At Tyson Foods, Mr. Weathers organized and directed Emergency Scene Operations as well as developed and implemented various safety and environmental programs. After a brief time with an environmental firm in Little Rock, Mr. Weathers decided to move his family back to his home area. In 1993, he opened HAZ-M.E.R.T. in Rogers, Arkansas, in order to help the northwest Arkansas community with their safety and environmental issues.
