HAZ-M.E.R.T. offers a variety of products to complement our services. These are products we feel exemplify the best on the market while keeping cost at a minimum. The products we offer are the same ones we use on a daily basis. We offer a variety of items that can assist you in everything from emergency response to daily use items.

Turbolizer - The Turbolizer is a piece of specialty equipment that is used for hazmat response, specifically anhydrous ammonia releases. Through even distribution of CO2, the Turbolizer can neutralize and remove ammonia vapors in the atmosphere. Available for rental or purchase, the Turbolizer is an excellent way to help with remediation after an ammonia release.
 MSDS Tracking Program - Through MSDS Stars, HAZ-M.E.R.T. can help companies track and maintain their Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). This tracker program is available as an additional software program or can be provided with a complete turn-key service.
 AeroSolv - This aerosol puncturing device enables the user to puncture a variety of sizes of aerosol cans while capturing the liquid contents. The puncturing device along with a filter can be attached to a 55 gallon drum. After the can is punctured, the vapors are filtered through a specially constructed charcoal filter. The device is available with or without a drum. A complete turn-key service of aerosol puncturing is also an available option.
 Paint Can Crusher - This piece of specialty equipment enables the used to empty and crush up to 15 one gallon paint cans at a time. It also works well with five gallon cans and smaller quart containers. The liquid contents are funneled into a 55 gallon drum while the cans are crushed and emptied. The crushed cans can then be sent to a metal recycler. HAZ-M.E.R.T. also offers a turn-key service either on or off a company's site.

Hydrocarbon Absorbents

Booms - Absorbent linkable booms are constructed of a sturdy polyethylene mesh covering filled with polypropylene for a high rate of absorption. Linking capability offers unlimited flexibility of containment of hydrocarbon spills of all sizes.
Pads & Rolls - Meltblown polypropylene absorbent pads and rolls ideally suited for the recovery of petroleum based spills on land and water. Also an excellent choice for the collection of oil-based industrial discharge under and around machinery and leaking containers. Pads are available in 100 count bales and rolls in 34"x144' rolls.

Socks - These sturdy absorbent socks are constructed of a knit polyester covering and filled with polypropylene. They are ideally suited for spill containment. They are available in two sizes: 3"x4' in 40 count case and 3"x10" in 6 count cases.

Universal Absorbents

Pads & Rolls - Meltblown polypropylene absorbent pads and rolls ideally suited for the general recovery of virtually all liquids. Versatile applications across a broad range of industrial leaks and spills. Pads are available in 100 count bales and rolls in 34" x 144' rolls.

 

BioSolve

Hydrocarbon Mitigation Agent - BioSolve is a unique, water based, biodegradable formulation that was specifically engineered as a clean-up/mitigation agent for a wide range of hydrocarbon products. Testing under laboratory and real world situations for the previous seven years has produced the most impressive results. BioSolve emulsifies and encapsulates petroleum based products so they become non-flammable and more readily biodegradable. This product is available in 5 gallon buckets

Oppenheimer Microbes

Oppenheimer are a naturally occurring substance, not genetically engineered. This formula had been designed to digest hydrocarbons two to four times faster than indigenous microbes. Once the microbes had digested the hydrocarbons, they expire and become a food source for other microbes (the hydrocarbon is eliminated). Theses microbes have be tested and found to be harmless to humans, fish, and other wildlife. This product is available in one to five pound increments.

EnviroPaint

EnviroPaint is a special blend of post consumer paint. Careful quality control measures assure the highest quality of latex paint. EnviroPaint is a high grade, cost efficient, environmentally responsible paint for today's demanding uses. Recommended uses include: wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, primed metal, and all previously painted or stained surfaces. EnviroPaint is available in one gallon containers.
